It is three months into the New Year and spring has finally decided to blossom our rededication to health and fitness.
After months of holiday eating, celebrations and dinner parties, the scale has now depicted a new kind of reality: The changing of the pants.
It is here we admit that something must be done. We rationalize the summer months; plan our vacations a little closer to fall just in time to hit the beaches in our new summer bodies. We even begin to eat better and develop an exercise routine that brings about positive results.
